A mixed bag with great staff

The friendly staff made our mornings brighter, greeting us warmly with breakfast and genuine smiles. The spacious rooms and nearby beach added to our pleasant stay.

The outdated room equipment was a letdown. The air conditioning struggled, making our nights uncomfortable, and we encountered various maintenance issues that needed addressing.

During my stay, I particularly enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool, which was a fantastic spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The hotel's location made it convenient to visit the nearby beach, just a short walk away, and I appreciated the daily breakfast options that included fresh fish dishes. the room itself had some drawbacks, namely the absence of a mini-bar and the furniture that could use some updating. the experience was good, especially for accessing local attractions like the Casino Monte Gordo.

No mini-bar or kettle in the room caused inconvenience, especially for families with babies needing quick access to hot water. the lift was quite small, making it a hassle during busy times, and the overall ambiance felt a bit cold for winter stays.

The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and local amenities. Breakfast offered a delightful variety, including fresh fruits and warm options like scrambled eggs and bacon. the rooms were dated with some maintenance issues, such as a hairdryer that wouldn't stay mounted. The lack of heating in the pool and limited drink options in the sunbathing area was disappointing.

The comfort room I stayed in was well-maintained, providing a small partial sea view from the 6th floor. The staff were exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated that the room was tidy with daily bed-making, even if the sheets weren't changed every day. The rooftop bar, despite being crowded with athletes during my visit, has a nice seating area and view worth enjoying when it opens for high season.

The air conditioning system was inadequate and could not be fixed during my stay.
